Lemony Skillet Chicken Picata

INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 4 bone-in chicken thighs 1/2 tsp Enter Spices Salt 1 tsp Enter Spices ground black pepper 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp Enter Spices Ground Garlic 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 lemon, sliced 1/4 cup dry white wine Freshly chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS 1. In a large ovenproof skillet on medium high heat, heat oil. 2. Season chicken with enter spices salt and pepper. 3. Cook until golden, 5 mins on each side. 4. Transfer to a plate. Discard half the chicken juice from the skillet and reduce the heat to low. 5. To skillet, add butter, enter spices ground garlic powder, dry white wine, lemon juice, and bring it to a simmer. 6. Add lemon slices and return chicken thighs to skillet. Let chicken simmer in sauce 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley before serving.
